Separate the action described by an automation claim
Read the effect of the item or upgrade you actually see. These terms describe different actions; they do not establish that all four are available in the current game.

Leaving the experience is different from being idle
Remaining connected while you stop interacting, switching away from the window, and leaving the experience are different conditions. An effect that runs while connected does not establish a reward after disconnecting. For Drain the Lake, offline Token income has not been verified.
- Use the current item description to determine whether an effect needs a connected player.
- If a guide promises logged-out earnings, look for an explicit offline rule before spending.
- Avoid external scripts that promise to add auto-fill or auto-drain; they are not evidence of a native upgrade.
If you cannot find an Automation Node
Check the actual names in your current upgrade and crafting menus. An Auto Drain crafting objective does not tell you that a node named Automation exists in the Skill Tree. If you cannot find a matching item and effect, do not spend on another upgrade expecting the advertised automation result.
